Eng. Ali provides support and oversees the performance and financial aspects of the running projects as well as the running operations within all Operational divisions to encourage the excellence of processes. He has more than 15 years of technical experience and process development.

He was a member at several external committees that have contributed to the development of government procedures. Additionally, he has participated in the company's technical committee, which was the key supporter to improve the decisions related to all projects and he is a member of the innovation team.

Holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from Al Ain University of Science and Technology, bachelor's degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the UAEU and an Innovation Diploma issued by the Mohammed bin Rashid Center for Government Innovation in collaboration with Cambridge University.
