Andrew leads the commercial and operational functions at EMROD. He has over 20 years’ experience working with businesses to get established, and structuring and negotiating commercial transactions involving start-ups to listed companies in Asia-Pacific and the US.  In this work, where he’s been based in New Zealand and New York, Andrew has coordinated local and offshore teams on internal structuring, direct sales, resale and distribution arrangements, partnerships and joint ventures, capital raising, M&A, and most things in between. To date his role at EMROD has included international corporate and organizational structuring; securing early investment and government grant funding; hiring and establishing the company’s people processes; stakeholder management; and commercial, IP and regulatory strategy and execution.
