Noura Eisa Al Maazmi is the Section Manager for Technical Systems Development & Support within Dubai Municipality’s Sewerage & Recycled Water Network Department. In this capacity, she oversees the development of technical systems that support the departments responsibilities for planning, designing, and managing drainage and stormwater networks in Dubai. The department also operates and maintains primary and secondary sewage pumping stations, surface water and rainwater pumping stations, and the main recycled water network across the Emirate.

Noura manages a portfolio of over 100 projects within her department, and leads the Department Strategy & Governance and Projects Financing & Revenues portfolios. Her role involves a strategic approach to engineering management and planning. Before assuming her current role, Noura worked as a Mechanical Engineer in the Research & Building Systems at Dubai Municipality, contributing to key initaitives including the “New Building System Approvals” and the “Al Sa’fat Rating System” for sustainable building practices.

Noura holds a Master’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering from the American University of Sharjah and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Khalifa University of Science and Technology in Abu Dhabi. She has been involved in initiatives such as the “Young Researcher” program and has participated in several conferences and summits including the Arab Green Summit and COP28 UAE.
