David is a chartered Mechanical Engineer from Imperial College London, with over 23 years of nuclear experience within AtkinsRéalis.

He has been based in the Middle East since 2012 and has grown the nuclear business to become the largest and most trusted nuclear and energy advisors across the region.

He has first hand knowledge of how to get a nuclear plant from inception through financing and through to full commercial operation. He also has a strong understanding of the emerging nuclear technologies and has advised governments on the feasibility of advanced reactor types. His team is also responsible for advisory services across net zero energy, in particular a range of first of a kind energy projects.
