Dr Hai Bin Wan graduated from Northeastern University of China in 1986. He received his PhD from Bath University in the UK in 1997. Dr Wan joined National Grid Company in England in 1997 and State Grid Company of China in 2009. Now, he is a consultant of the Global Interconnection Development and Cooperation Organization (GEIDCO) and senior adviser of MeForIoT.
