Hebah Abbas is a visionary leader in technology and construction, boasting over two decades of diverse expertise spanning from international telecom to strategic public educational initiatives. Beginning her journey in the telecom sector, she successfully negotiated crucial regional deals. Transitioning to the public education sector, Hebah played a pivotal role in fostering collaboration between the Ministry of Education and the private sector, facilitating several EPC and PPP projects. As a Syracuse University alumna, she holds prominent positions in the Commissioning Authority for national educational facilities and is intrinsically involved in the execution of Kuwait's National Development Plan for education. Additionally, as a LEED®️ Green Associate™️ and CIPM™️, Hebah has championed sustainable and clean energy projects, significantly influencing the regional energy landscape.
Currently serving as the chief specialist Electrical Engineer at the Ministry of Education in Kuwait and the Chairwoman of the Sustainability Committee at the Kuwait Water Association, Eng. Hebah Abbas seamlessly integrates her profound knowledge in telecom, education, construction, utilities, and sustainability. Having enriched the private sector for 14 years, her current endeavours in the government sector are complemented by her voluntary contributions to NGOs in Kuwait and the UAE. Recognized for her vast contributions, she's a respected member of the American Business Council Kuwait, frequently gracing international conferences and seminars as a keynote speaker
