Mr Kleinschmidt has over 17 years of experience in the financial services and corporate sector, building and leading high-performance financial and operational functions. He has lived and worked in the EU, US, and Asia.

His extensive professional experience includes various senior management appointments such as the CFO of Vantage Capital Markets, a leading institutional broker, the Director of Finance at Winnington Capital, a Hong Kong based Asian alternative asset manager, and the Head of Finance, Commercial Markets Asia, at ABN Amro Bank.

Ingo holds a doctorandus degree from the University of Maastricht, an International Executive Master of Finance and Control, and he is a Register Controler (RC) charterholder.
