Mohammad leads McKinsey’s utility practice in the Middle East. Over the last 10 years, he has specialized in helping manufacturing organizations to develop strategies and defining actionable roadmaps, working across all management levels to accomplish large-scale transformations. He also helps clients to achieve operational excellence, more recently addressing the ever-increasing demand for sustainability.

In addition to his client work, Mohammad has contributed to the development of several McKinsey perspectives on improving energy efficiency. Mohammad has project experience in the Europe, Middle East, South-East Asia, and Africa.”
