• Nirupa is the Vice President of the Power Systems business of Schneider Electric in Middle East Africa.

• Nirupa brings nearly 20 years of international experience with a career that spanned across the Energy sector in India, Australia & South-East Asia. She has led teams delivering transformative energy industry projects in Energy Storage and Microgrids in Australia before moving to the Southeast Asian market to lead Digital and Services. She was previously leading Hitachi Energy in Singapore where she wasactively engaged in supporting the development of Singapore’s power, industry and transport infrastructure.

• She joined Schneider Electric in 2022 and is now based in Dubai and leads the electrification business across the dynamic region of Middle East & Africa. She is passionate about energy and digital transformation technologies and building diverse, engaged teams to drive this change with a strong focus on industry partnerships.
