Giriraj Rathore, in his role within the Energy Storage & Optimization business unit at Wärtsilä Energy, focuses on global strategic market development of Energy Storage solutions and Optimisation capabilities.

Apart from being an SME on Energy Storage, Giriraj has more than 15 years of experience in the Power & Energy sector across Europe, Middle East and Africa. He has worked across power generation, transmission and distribution segments with utilities, captive generation companies, developers and contractors.

Giriraj holds a master’s degree in business administration specialising in International Business, along with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
