Carlos Otero is the Operations and Execution Director of SUEZ Near and Middle East.

He has 24 years of experience in environmental services, mainly in the water market, and has spent most of his career working on international projects, being based in Dubai since 2019 and working within the GCC since 2010.

Carlos worked 18 years at SACYR and the last 6 years in SUEZ. In both companies he has developed a strong expertise in project & stakeholders management, proposals, execution & operations under various business models such as EPC, DBO, BOT and O&M
