Rashed Harib Al Falahi serves as the Government Affairs Manager and Acting International Cooperation Manager at the UAE Federal Authority for Nuclear Regulation (FANR), where he also leads strategic partnerships and emergency communication. With over 14 years of experience in nuclear regulation, Rashed has played a central role in managing FANR’s local and international partnerships for over a decade—advancing cooperation with global regulatory bodies, international organizations, and government entities. He advises FANR’s Director General on international affairs, represents the UAE in key global forums, and leads national communication during nuclear and radiological emergencies. He is also a member of the OECD Nuclear Energy Agency’s Expert Group on Public Communication, recognized for driving regulatory diplomacy and public trust in nuclear safety.
