Shailendra Pratap Singh brings over 20 years of international experience in sales, marketing, and business development across the energy and industrial sectors. Since joining Ducab in 2008, he has played a key role in supporting the company’s growth across markets like India, Australia, and Europe, while helping to expand into emerging areas such as renewables and energy transition.

In his current role, Shailendra focuses on driving customer-centric strategies, building reliable routes to market, and supporting the company’s digital transformation efforts. He has contributed to projects like the rollout of CRM systems, the setup of international distribution hubs, and strengthening Ducab’s presence in both established and new regions. Before Ducab, Shailendra held commercial and operational roles across Turkey, Europe, and the Americas, gaining broad exposure to international supply chains and industrial partnerships. He holds an MBA in Marketing and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
