Passionate about the automotive industry, Masaood began his career in the service center, playing a pivotal role in transforming the business into one of the region’s top performers. Under his leadership, the business won multiple awards and achieved significant sales growth.

He later joined Al Masaood Automobiles as Deputy Managing Director, where he was part of the leadership team that propelled the company to the forefront of the automotive sector. His contributions helped Al Masaood become a market leader, with Nissan securing the highest automotive market share in Abu Dhabi.

As Vice President of Al Masaood Oil & Gas, Masaood played a key role in restructuring the business ahead of ADNOC’s transformation, ensuring seamless alignment with its most critical client. A strong advocate for optimisation and digitalisation, he spearheaded the adoption of cutting-edge technologies to enhance both internal operations and customer offerings.

Today, Al Masaood Oil & Gas stands as one of the leading service providers in the GCC, with a strong presence in the UAE, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and Algeria. The company recently secured the world's largest continuous 3D seismic surveying contract, valued at $1.6 billion, in partnership with an international industry leader.
