High affinity to product development & ideation as well as exposure to industries such as energy, consumer goods, mobile, FinTech, PropTech, AdTech and SaaS. Simon Bartmann has served in several supervisory board positions.

Simon Bartmann serves as Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer at EIGENSONNE GmbH a subsidiary of EWE AG one of the largest utilities in Germany. 

EIGENSONNE sells and installs residential rooftop solar systems, batteries and EV chargers with its own installation teams across Germany. Its mission is to become Europe’s Green Platform Utility: electrifying all households with green energy and allowing customers to contribute to a cleaner future, while gaining independence from price fluctuations.
