Dr. Mostafa AlGuezeri is a distinguished business leader with over three decades of experience in the global energy sector, known for his strategic vision, operational excellence, and transformative leadership. Since August 2025, he has been serving as the Group CEO of Intelligent Group, driving the organization’s transformation, profitable growth, and sustainable business expansion.

Before joining Intelligent Group, Dr. AlGuezeri held various senior management roles at Hitachi Energy and its predecessor ABB from 1998 to 2025, culminating as Managing Director for the Gulf and Maghreb. Throughout his 27-year tenure, he played a pivotal role in strengthening the company’s presence across the Middle East, building lasting partnerships with utilities, industries, transportation, and infrastructure sectors, and championing the transition toward stronger, smarter, and greener energy systems.

Dr. AlGuezeri’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Physics and Solid State (Electronics) from the American University in Cairo, an MBA in Finance from Southeastern University, Washington D.C., and a Doctorate in International Business from AIU, USA.
