With over 35 years of diverse experience in the Power Transmission and Distribution industry, Joji Sebastian is a seasoned leader known for driving profitable growth, operational excellence, innovation, change management and digital transformation. He plays a pivotal role in business operations, project management and expanding the company’s footprint across the globe.

A Mechanical Engineer from NIT Allahabad, he completed his Executive Education program from Harvard Business School, Boston, USA. Prior to joining L&T, Mr. Joji held several leadership roles in various global energy companies, earning him a wealth of experience in Power transmission and Distribution industry in the fields of R&D, Manufacturing, Renewable energy, Grid Infrastructure and large-scale project execution.

Under his leadership, L&T’s PT&D business has successfully delivered many groundbreaking projects and set up new benchmarks in the industry by fostering innovation in project management. He strives towards developing and nurturing young talent and takes great pride in leading the change process.
