Omar Fayed leads corporate strategy and investor relations at Multiply Group PJSC, a publicly listed, investment holding company headquartered in Abu Dhabi with a clear focus on energy & utilities as well as consumer driven businesses.

Reporting to the Group CEO, he steers corporate strategy, dynamic capital allocation and enterprise-wide investor engagement while sitting on the Management Committee responsible for Investments, Portfolio-Monitoring and Capital-Allocation decisions that govern a multi-billion-dirham asset base.

Over a 22-year career in the Gulf, Omar has cultivated deep expertise in utilities, energy, consumer and media platforms — engineering high-impact acquisitions, integrations and divestments at Multiply Group, Al-Futtaim Group, Qatar First Bank and PwC.

A Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and CPA, Omar serves on several boards and is a regular keynote speaker at regional Investor Conferences and was nominated by the CEO of Multiply to serve on the Executive Committee of the Worl Utilities Congress 2026.
