Adrian Kershaw serves as TAQA’s Chief Financial Officer. In this role, he oversees the Group’s financial strategy, planning, and reporting.

Prior to his appointment, Adrian held several senior finance leadership roles within TAQA Group, including Chief Financial Officer of TAQA Water Solutions; Chief Financial Officer of Al Ain Distribution Company (now TAQA Distribution), and Director of Group Planning and Reporting at TAQA following the merger with Abu Dhabi Power Corporation (ADPower) in 2020.

Before joining TAQA in 2020, Adrian held senior finance roles at ADNOC Distribution and Emirates Global Aluminium (EGA), and also previously served as Chief Financial Officer of National Central Cooling Company PJSC (Tabreed).

Adrian is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Mathematics from the University of Bristol, United Kingdom
