Dennis was appointed the CEO of AIQ in June 2025. He brings over two decades of commercial and operational leadership across the global energy value chain. Based in the UAE since 2007, Dennis has led operations over 20 countries, specializing in scaling businesses, international growth, operational excellence, and digital enablement. Previously, Dennis was Vice-President International at DistributionNOW, a leading global supplier of energy and industrial products. He began his career at National Oilwell and later held senior roles at National Oilwell Varco, playing a key role in the 2014 spin-off of NOV’s distribution group into DNOW. Throughout his career, he has driven strategic mergers and acquisitions to expand market presence and scale operations globally. Dennis has also served in leadership roles as Executive Director of GroupKZ in Kazakhstan, NOW India Pte Ltd, and as Commissioner of NOW Indonesia. He was Chairman Emeritus of the Energy Workforce & Technology Council for MENA and India from 2015 to 2019. He holds a BSc from Purdue University.
