A seasoned power-sector leader with over 35 years of comprehensive experience, Eng. Ezzat Aboyousef currently serves as the Vice President - Technical, bringing COO-level expertise to the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) and Turnkey delivery of high-voltage assets. His core specialization includes Transmission Lines (Overhead Lines (OHL) and underground cable) up to 400 kV, as well as Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS) and Air Insulated Switchgear (AIS) Substations, also up to 400 kV.

Throughout his career, Eng. Ezzat has demonstrated mastery across the entire project lifecycle, leading end-to-end portfolios from initial route alignment and right-of-way acquisition through to final commissioning and energization. He is known for consistently achieving first-time-right outcomes, even in complex, multi-stakeholder environments. As a P&L owner, he commands the full value chain: strategy development, PMO establishment, engineering governance, procurement, contracts and claims management, construction oversight, testing & commissioning, and smooth O&M handover. He actively partners with utilities, consultants, and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to de-risk schedules and unlock productivity by integrating digital PM tools, lean construction methodologies, and rigorous HSE & QA/QC governance, maintaining Lost Time Injury Frequency Rates (LTIFR) at or below industry benchmarks.

Prior to his current role, he dedicated 21 impactful years to TAQA Transmission (formerly Abu Dhabi Transmission and Despatch Company (TRANSCO)) and spent 2 years with Samsung C&T Corporation, building a robust foundation in global energy infrastructure.
