Carmen Vidal is the Chief Procurement Officer for AMEA at ENGIE. She leads a large and diverse regional procurement team dedicated to finding the best supplier solutions and bringing value to ENGIE’s entities. Carmen's expertise is critical in adapting the existing procurement structure to include additional skills, capabilities, while increasing the company’s agility and maturity in sustainable procurement.

Since joining ENGIE in 2009, Carmen successfully created a regional network of procurement managers consisting of more than 40 ENGIE entities who collaborate with technical onsite teams and experts to identify cost reductions while bringing additional value to the business. Her leadership in reinforcing ENGIE's reputation as a responsible corporate citizen and a leader in sustainable procurement practices has been instrumental. Carmen holds a degree in MSC Industrial Engineering from the Polytechnic University in Madrid, Spain.
